New Name

Some of you are probably wondering why my profile name is now Calyniel Greenleaf. Well, I have also created another blog called One Blog To Rule Them All, and yes, it is a Lord of the Rings blog. Feel free to visit it by the way. Anyway, Calyniel Greenleaf is an elven name (if you know anything about LOTR you know what I mean), and since that is my main blog now, I wanted my name to go with it. If it bothers you, please ignore it. I am still Emma Pait, and I always will be. :D Oh, and sorry for the false hope of "I'm back" for a while. I kinda got preoccupied. But now i will really try to "be back." Thanks for your patience! 

I'm back!

Hey yall! I'm back! I know it's been FOREVER since I've written, but I just felt like writing today! I'll try to keep up with my blog as best as I can, but things have been busy lately! I just got back from a school field trip to colonial Williamsburg for an entire week last week! Right now I'm on vacation in Bladenboro NC at my gradparent's house! Well that's all for now! I'll try to put a bit more of a Christmassy background on my blog. Keep reading and God bless!

More snow!

We got another snow day here in Greenville! We got about 6 inches! My family and I went sledding at a park near us and we made snow cream with real snow! It was delicious! School starts up again tomorrow Jan 12 (Lord willing). I know what your thinking..."What?!? She has that long of a Christmas break?!?!" But yes, that's just what my school decided. Hey I don't mind! :-) But I am excited about going back. They may postpone it because of the snow. Anyway, Happy New Year! I'm immensely enjoying 2011 so far. How about you?

2 Prayer Requests

I have two prayer requests that I need prayer for. First, my Grandma (Mema) has a terrible stomach bug. What a terrible way to ring in the new year! Please pray for her. Second, on Monday (Dec 27) my great-aunt Debbie slipped on the ice on the road and suffered a bad break to her hip. She had to have surgery immediately. This will not be a very fun New Year's Day for her either. Please Pray for my Mema and great-aunt. Thank you so much. God bless you.

White Christmas!

It's snowing at my house on Christmas day! My first white Christmas! It looks so pretty coming down! Praise God for his wonderful gift of snow!
